Located in the South of Forest area of Palo Alto California, University Park is an urban infill development with two condominium complexes, five blocks of new homes, historical renovation and relocation of several homes and a public park link. This project won several awards including the 2005 BALA Best Neighborhood and Best Attached Urban Infill Development.
